The Important Stuff (Ordering, Shipping, Returns, Etc)

The fun begins when you place your order with Ruffles & Rust!  We can't wait to get your items pulled and put a smile on your face!!

As soon as we receive your order, we begin processing!  Of course, if it is after business hours, we will process the order as soon as we open the following business day.  If you select in-store pickup, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up (within minutes if you place the order during business hours, and always the next business day if you order while we are closed).  If you prefer your order to be shipped, it will be shipped same day the order was placed, if ordered prior to 4pm.  After 4pm Tuesday-Friday, and Saturday-Monday, your order will ship the next business day.

All orders will be shipped USPS unless a different carrier is requested.  Additional shipping charges may incur if an alternate shipping method is requested.  A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.  If your order is not received, you must contact Ruffles & Rust within 3 days of estimated arrival date.  Shipping insurance can be included for an additional shipping charge, if requested.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item for store credit.  The item must be returned within 10 days of receipt and tags must still be attached.  Store credit will be issues for a future purchase, either online or instore. There are no restocking fees, but purchaser must pay for return shipping. Purchaser will return the item to 600 Houston, George West, TX 78022.  Upon receipt of the returned item, a store credit will be issued and the customer will be notified via email.

Exchanges can be made as well by contacting Ruffles & Rust and requesting an exchange. Exchanges will be made based on availability and store credit will be substituted for unavailable items.
